All property screening requirements and occupancy standards must be met in order to qualify. In order for entirely full-time student households to qualify for the Section 42 program, the household must meet at least one exemption of the following: single parent household; receiving assistance under Title IV of the Social Security Act; previously under foster care; participating in a program under the Job Training Partnership Act or similar program; or married and entitled to file a joint tax return. If an exemption is not met, household will not qualify for the Section 42 program. All households must certify student status annually upon residency. If at any time of residency household is no longer eligible based on student status, lease will be terminated following a 30-day notice.
